Cookies are small text files containing browsing information that are stored on your computer's browser when you use KORVEL services. Pixel tags are very small graphics that are loaded when you visit our website.
At KORVEL, we use these technologies to provide an improved user experience and better services. The updating of regulations and the legal framework for the use of cookies and related mechanisms is an ongoing effort, both in Greece and at European level.
For these reasons, we feel the need to inform you clearly and transparently about the policy we follow.

At KORVEL, we distinguish the cookies and pixel tags we use into 4 categories, depending on their functionality:

My options
Below you will find more information about your options.
You have three options. You can either proceed by accepting all cookies and other mechanisms ("I agree"/"Accept all"), which will allow you to access all the features we have created for you, for a complete and personalized KORVEL experience. Or you can refuse any non-essential cookies ("I do not agree") or proceed by customising your cookie preferences ("Customise" → "Save preferences"). The latter two cases may significantly reduce your KORVEL experience. Necessary cookies are placed when you enter the KORVEL website. As they are absolutely necessary either from a technical point of view or to provide you with the KORVEL services you have selected, our legislation allows us to place them without requiring any action or consent from you. By selecting the "I do not agree" button, which you will find in the initial basic information we provide, you will continue browsing with only the Necessary cookies. We will remember your choice for one year. When this period expires, or if you visit us from a new device or browser, we will ask you again. Unfortunately, if you do not want them to be installed at all, you will have to refrain from using our services and manually delete the cookies that have already been installed from your browser.Preference, Performance, and Targeting cookies are placed when you select the "I agree" button next to the initial basic information we provide or the "Accept all" button below the more detailed information banner (banner). We will remember your choice for one year. When this period expires, or if you visit us from a new device or browser, we will ask you again.By selecting the "Customize" button next to the initial basic information we provide, you will be taken to the more detailed information banner. There, by selecting "Save preferences," you can select any of the "Preference," "Performance," or "Targeting" categories you have previously selected by checking the relevant box, and we will remember your choice for one year. If you have not checked any boxes and click "Save preferences," only the Necessary settings will be saved, which is equivalent to clicking "I do not agree" in the initial basic information we provide. We will remember your choice for one year, and when this period expires, or if you visit us from a new device or browser, we will ask you again.
Each time you log in to your account as a registered KORVEL user, you will be asked via a special field ("I am using a public computer") if you wish to remain logged in. If you do not select this option, each time you open your browser to visit KORVEL, you will not need to re-enter your login details (username and password) and you will have immediate access to your profile until you log out manually, or for one year. If you choose not to stay logged in ("I am using a public computer"), you will need to enter your login details each time you visit. We will ask you each time you log in again if you are on a public computer. The choice to stay logged in or not is made in the manner described above and is independent of whether you have accepted all cookies in general ("I agree"/"Accept all").Accept all"), have accepted certain cookies ("Customize" → "Save preferences") or none of the non-essential cookies ("I do not agree"). The cookie we use to maintain your login normally has a lifetime of one year. Alternatively, if you activate the "I am on a public computer" field when you log in, it will last until you close your browser. This cookie may also have additional functionalities as a "Necessary" cookie or a "Preference" cookie, depending on whether you subsequently select "Agree"/"Accept all" or "Customize" → "Save preferences."
You can change your choice regarding cookies and related technologies on KORVEL at any time in the future. At the bottom of this Policy, you will find the button: "Save preferences." Regardless of your choice the last time we asked you via a pop-up window whether you want cookies and related technologies to be placed, you can use these fields to decide again, easily, immediately, and free of charge. For example, if you selected "I agree"/"Accept all" and changed your mind, you can select any (or none) of the cookie categories you want at the bottom of this Policy and click "Save preferences." This action will act as a withdrawal of the consent you have already given us and will apply in the future, i.e. from this change onwards, the specific cookies and related technologies will not be used by KORVEL on your device. If you wish to remove cookies that were already placed on your device prior to the above withdrawal of your consent, you can do so manually by following the instructions in the section "Control via browser – Deleting cookies" section below.
You can also control and manage cookies through the settings of the browser you use. Depending on your browser, you may have the option to accept all cookies, receive a warning about cookies, or refuse cookies.Similarly, through your browser settings, you can reverse any acceptance of cookies and related mechanisms from KORVEL by deleting the files already stored. To manage and disable cookies, you can follow the relevant instructions for each browser:
