The company KORVEL LTD [hereinafter referred to as ‘KORVEL’ or ‘we’] located at 34 Evklidi Street, 136 75 Acharnes, is responsible under the law for the processing of personal data of visitors to the website https://gr.korvel.shop (registered and unregistered), when ordering and purchasing products using the ‘Shopping Cart’ [hereinafter referred to as ‘the Services’].
- In the context of providing the Services, we may collect and further process the following personal data, depending on the features you use:
Identification data, such as your name, registered username, password and registration date, if you log in with your account.

We do not have access to your full bank card details, as we apply the strong security and encryption standards of the Payment Card Industry (PCI). At KORVEL, you can make your payments worry-free!
Information we receive when you give us your opinion about our Services, such as comments, images, product reviews, satisfaction surveys, questions and answers to them, as well as your comments or suggestions on how we can improve (including text, audio and/or video messages you send us).
Information we collect through tools such as cookies and the use of local storage, such as your searches on KORVEL with any filters or other sorting/comparison options, the products you view, details of purchases you make using the KORVEL Shopping Cart, your interaction with the Services and features of our website, purchases you make on the website, technical issues relating to errors and security of navigation and transactions, your IP address, your device type and manufacturer, browser type, operating system or application type and version, your origin on KORVEL from another website, advertising identifiers, and other general statistical information about our users. In particular, by accepting Google Signals cookies, we collect the above information when you visit the website from any device you are logged into your Google account.

KORVEL processes your data in order to provide you with the Services you choose to use, such as new member registration and account management, managing your preferences, submitting and managing your queries, reviews, comments, and images via our website/app, including the use of special electronic communication forms, fulfilling your order with the “Shopping Cart,” including managing changes/returns, informing you about the progress of your order with the “Shopping Cart” via Facebook Messenger if you explicitly choose this option. Several of the services we provide require additional data to function. For example, you must have a KORVEL account to save products or use the “Shopping Cart.” We collect and use the data you choose to share with us to operate our Services. In addition, when you use our Services or visit other sites that incorporate KORVEL content, we may receive data about you. We use this data—together with the data you share with us—to provide our Services.
You do not need to have an account to use the Services, however, you may choose to create an account in order to use certain Services — such as “Favorites,” “Shopping Cart,” etc. — or to write a product review. If you choose to create a KORVEL account, we will ask you for your email address and a username. Alternatively, you can sign up using a third-party account (e.g., Facebook, Google+), in which case your username, email address, and other login details, such as your profile picture, will be used. Your card details are transmitted securely to a licensed payment service provider in order to process the payment and are not stored by KORVEL. In order to process your order, we share your shipping details with the shipping company that will deliver your order.
If you request a refund for an order that has been paid for by cash on delivery, we will need your IBAN, the name of the account holder, and possibly some relevant proof/photo of these details in order to securely refund your money.
Who we share it with
Your personal data is collected and further processed by authorized KORVEL teams, with full respect for your privacy. In the context of providing the Services, the recipients of your personal data may be the following categories of our partners:
Providers of website or app analytics and performance measurement services, such as Google and Hotjar; data storage and security providers, such as Cloudflare, SoftOne, Microsoft, and Amazon; telephone solution providers, such as Avaya and Sangoma Technologies; social media providers such as Meta, as well as online map providers such as MapBox. Your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, in particular to the US, by these companies, although the data is mainly stored in the EU and there are strict contractual clauses in place for such transfers.
Payment service providers, such as Everypay.
Data network service providers for connecting our infrastructure to the internet.
Partner courier companies, in connection with the delivery of your order via the “Shopping Cart.”
Partner communication technology companies, such as Survey Monkey, SendGrid, Nexmo, Bulksms, Twilio, Gleam, Zendesk, Intercom, Typeform, Connectly, in the context of managing our incoming and outgoing communications with you. Your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, in particular to the US and/or Australia, by these companies, although the data is mainly stored in the EU and there are strict contractual clauses in place for such transfers.

Other categories of partners to whom data may need to be transferred from time to time in connection with the operation of KORVEL Services.
Police authorities and any other administrative, judicial or public authority or, in general, any legal or natural person to whom KORVEL may be required by law or court order to disclose such data.
Third-party advertising service providers, such as Google, to whom comments, reviews, and ratings may be transferred in anonymized form. The transfer of user data is carried out in the context of the company's legitimate interest in promoting and marketing its products and services and in a manner that ensures that the transferred data cannot uniquely identify the individual user (e.g., by using a random code).

Please remember that any comments and images you post or reviews you make on KORVEL are publicly visible both on the KORVEL website and, where applicable, on the websites of certain partner stores, and therefore any other visitor to these websites may read them.
How Long We Keep It
KORVEL keeps the personal data of its registered users for as long as they keep their account. The personal data of non-registered users resulting from their interaction with the Services is retained for a maximum period of two (2) years after their last visit to the website.
Exceptions are data used to prove a transactional relationship with KORVEL arising from the use of its Services, such as data collected in the context of the CPC/CPS Mixed Billing Model of partners, transaction data via the Basket. This data is retained for a maximum period of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, even if a request for deletion of the account and/or personal data is submitted in the meantime.
The details of recorded calls documenting a transaction or modification thereof will be retained for a maximum period of six (6) months, while the details of recorded calls for training and quality assurance purposes will be kept for a maximum period of two (2) months.
In all other cases, after the end of the retention period or if a user requests the deletion of their account or data and there is no pending legal dispute or other dispute or legal interest arising from the use of the Services, their data will be deleted as soon as possible or anonymized.

Your Rights

Specifically, with regard to the use of technologies such as cookies, you can change your choice at any time and withdraw your consent by changing your options at the bottom of KORVEL's Cookie Policy.
In addition, with regard to your exact location via a browser, you can remove this location and withdraw your consent directly from your browser's location privacy settings.
In the event that you exercise your rights to correct, delete, or restrict your data, these requests will also be forwarded to third-party recipients to whom we may have disclosed this data in the course of providing the Services.
You can exercise the above rights by submitting a written request to KORVEL, to which we undertake to respond within one (1) month of receipt. This deadline may be extended by two (2) additional months due to the complexity of the request and/or the large volume of requests.
